Erika Hughes is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional currently completing her Master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Dakota, expected in August 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Dakota and brings meaningful hands-on experience to every client interaction. Erika’s clinical journey began in community mental health, where she developed a strong foundation in crisis intervention, case management, vocational counseling, and medical care. These experiences shaped her belief that effective therapy meets people where they are, practically, emotionally, and on their own terms.

At Oasis, Erika works with clients both in person and via telehealth, offering flexible access to care for individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. He earned his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma-Focused Therapy from Bay Path University and his Master of Religion with a focus in Pastoral Theology from Yale Divinity School. He is currently working towards independent licensure.

Noah’s clinical background includes work at North East Behavioral Health, a community-based mental health clinic, where he developed a passion for work with veterans. Noah brings 15 years of pastoral experience to his therapeutic practice, including three years as university chaplain at Yale University. This extensive background in pastoral care provides him with exceptional comfort navigating existential questions and supporting individuals through crisis and grief—skills that deeply enhance his therapeutic effectiveness.

Rachel Bauer, NPPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitione

Rachel is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed to diagnose and treat mental illness across the lifespan. She works with patients and their families to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, major neurocognitive disorder, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. Her patient-centered approach integrates medication management, natural treatment options, and behavioral strategies to support wellness and recovery.

Rachel earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from Regis College and has extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including emergency psychiatry, consult-liaison services, and inpatient geriatric psychiatry. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent eighteen years as a registered nurse in community health and inpatient psychiatric care and also taught undergraduate nursing students at Northeastern University and Boston College.

She has a strong interest in mind-body approaches to mental health and is a certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, incorporating these practices into clinical care when appropriate. Arushi Beohar TMS Technician

Arushi Beohar is a skilled and dedicated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician at Oasis Behavioral Health Center, bringing a rich blend of scientific knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership experience to the clinical team.
